Mukarnas Taksim Hotel

We are having a good time while staying at Mukarnas Taksim. The room is suitable for us (2 adults, 2 kids) with delicious breakfast (with so much of variation and the staff is vey attentive). The cleanliness is great. Staff also very helpful. The location was the best part. 2 minutes walk to the bustling Istiklal Street. Abundance of restaurants with reasonable price. Accessiblity is a bit tough, as car cannot enter the street directly to the lobby (have to walk a bit) Overall, it's a great stay especially with kids.

One of the standout highlights of our stay was the sumptuous breakfast spread. The exceptional friendliness and service provided by the restaurant staff, specifically Mr. Muzaffar and Mr. Ayhan, were truly praiseworthy. Their unwavering attentiveness and dedication added an extra layer of delight to the start of our day. Moreover, we'd like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the housekeeping staff, particularly the gracious Ms. C (Her name stated with the alphabet C, but I can't recall her full name), whose heartwarming gesture in meticulously caring for my daughter's cherished doll demonstrated a level of thoughtfulness and professionalism that truly touched our hearts. While our overall experience was exceptional, it is worth mentioning that the room lacked soundproofing, and on occasion, we were mildly inconvenienced by noise from neighboring rooms and outside the hotel. In conclusion, our time at Mukarnas Taksim Hotel was characterized by outstanding hospitality, an unbeatable location, and a genuine warmth that made our stay in Istanbul truly memorable.
